Welcome to pace, Professor Samedi! 

Peggy Samedi is a production manager in the Knopf Doubleday Publishing Group at Penguin Random House. She started her career as a publishing assistant at the Girl Scouts of the USA. She went on to be a bookseller at Barnes and Noble before joining Alfred A. Knopf in 2005. She has had the pleasure of working on titles including Metamaus and Cancer Vixen, as well as books by authors such as Toni Morrison, Colson Whitehead, Edwidge Danticat, and Tommy Orange. She is a graduate of Union College in Schenectady, New York, with bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology. Peggy Samedi joins the M.S. in Publishing Program, teaching Book Production and Design.
