Typically, comic, anime, and video game fans would be gearing up to head down to the Jacob Javits Center in just over a month for the explosive annual celebration of pop culture we know as the New York Comic Con. But as you may have heard, this year the event will be virtual.

Instead, fans from all over the world can bypass any anxieties over ticket lines or availability and watch free panels via New York Comic Con and MCM Comic Con’s Metaverse. Starting October 8 and going through October 11, the panels will be available to watch for that entire weekend on Youtube.com/NYCC.

Unfortunately, our own Professor Levitz doesn’t have any scheduled appearances at NYCC this year, though he still appreciates the occasion. When asked about specifics, he replied “I’m looking forward to the Harvey Awards, where some friends/colleagues will be honored.”
