- Learn EXACTLY what goes into creating a Valiant comic book
- Assist in the marketing of our exciting comic book line
- Perform social media tasks such as Twitter and Facebook and communicate with the Valiant’s vigilant fan base
- Take part and assist in each step of the production of Valiant comic books
- Assist in the production of comics alongside the Valiant editorial team
- Prepare and process files for Valiant Entertainment’s stable of writers and artists
- Receive and handle artwork and files from Valiant creators
- Assist in the creation of and write copy for Valiant Comics
- Assist the Publisher and Executive Editor with any and all office duties
- Assist with spreadsheets and business and sales analysis
Valiant interns should be driven and hardworking with the ability to work both independently and in a creatively collaborative environment. All Valiant interns must have written confirmation that they will be receiving course credit from their college or university to be eligible for the Valiant Entertainment internship. All majors may apply, although proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop is a plus. All interns must be able to work at least two days a week out of Valiant’s New York City offices.
