What is the Pace University Press?

Pace University Press is a small academic press that publishes seven journals across a wide range of subject matter every year. Alongside these journals, Pace UP publishes academic books that fall under five topics. Director Manuela Soares and faculty advisor Eileen Kreit work closely with production associate Lucely Garcia, along with two graduate assistants (Erin Hurley, Kayleigh Woltal), and a student aide (Liz Abrams) to fully produce and publish each project.

Starting this year, Pace University Press is launching its own imprint: PUPText. PUPText focuses on publishing textbooks, the first of which will be Words We Use, a glossary of publishing terms developed by the MS in Publishing department faculty.

Pace University Press staff members are already hard at work preparing for their first publication of the season. You can find more information about the press here.
